The Nautilus Inn "Is" Daytona Beach! From our location on famous "A1A", the Nautilus Inn offers DeNureTours vacationers the perfect location to all of the popular Daytona Beach attractions and vacationer-favorite activities! DeNureTours guests have made the Nautilus Inn their favorite destination and we're proud to be their hosts!

DeNureTours guests will enjoy meeting new friends and sharing stories in the comfortable spacious lobby or in the Sand Dollar Room. Each morning a complimentary deluxe breakfast is served in a lovely setting with an ocean view. Later in the day, enjoy a complimentary afternoon cocktail in the Sand Dollar Room, as you relax with your new friends and share the details of your day.

DeNureTours representatives are available to provide assistance and to organize on-site social activities such as cards, crafts, bingo and poolside exercises. Regular complimentary excursions, using our own DeNureTours shuttle bus and driver, take guests to local shopping centers, flea markets, area attractions, dog races and dinner venues. Sightseeing day trips are also offered to nearby points of interest such as St. Augustine (at an additional cost).

DeNureTours Daytona Day Trips!

Below is a sampling of day trips offered to our DeNureTours guests in Daytona Beach:

Ponce Inlet
(Depart hotel at 9:30 a.m. return to hotel at 4 p.m.)

This trip includes a tour of the LIGHTHOUSE, lunch at Down The Hatch, visit The Marine Science Center and a boat tour of Ponce Inlet, homes and wildlife.

St. Augustine - Oldest City in the Nation est. 1565
(Depart hotel at 8:30 a.m. returns at 4:30 p.m.)

Begins with a scenic drive to St. Augustine. Includes passage on the "Red Train" (an on and off tour of St. Augustine) then dropped off on historic St. George Street for lunch and shopping.

Mt. Dora
(Depart hotel at 8:30 a.m, leave for hotel at 3 p.m.)

One hour drive 50 miles west of Daytona to the historic town of Mount Dora. Then board the "Rusty Anchor" for a scenic 2 hour boat ride on Lake Dora and Dora Canal. Return to dockside at noon, the our bus takes guests for a small tour around town to view local restaurants and shops, then drop off at Chamber of Commerce for lunch and shopping, with pick up for return at 3 p.m.

(Depart hotel at 8:45 p.m., return approximately 3 p.m.)

Blue Heron pontoon boat ride and wildlife tour on the St. Johns River then stop at Cook's Buffet for lunch.

Dog Track
(Departure & Return times to be determined)

Guided behind the scenes tour of the daily operation of the dog track and the facility. Includes lunch as well as 2-3 races!

Daytona Speedway Tour
(Times to be determined)

Narrated tour of Daytona International Speedway Around high banks as well as a stop on Victory Lane followed by a short movie.

 We also offer a variety of tours with a minimum of 10 people. Additionally, we offer various daily shopping excursions (including a weekly trip to the Famous Daytona Beach Flea Market). Evening trips to varying area restaurants for those wishing to dine out.

Daytona Blues Festival
Oct 5-7

The annual Daytona Blues Festival has rapidly grown into a family-friendly musical tradition throughout Central Florida. The festival features dozens of up-and-coming artists as well as some of the biggest names in blues music. Held at historic Jackie Robinson Ballpark (known as “The Jack” to locals), the three-day festival brings thousands of visitors to Daytona Beach each year for fun, sun, surf and, of course, music. Aside from three full days of music at the ballpark, a welcome party is hosted Thursday evening as well as Friday, Saturday and Sunday night after-parties at local bars and restaurants. The festival is aligned with the Halifax Health Foundation to raise funds for women and children’s healthcare. Tens of thousands of dollars have already been donated to purchase state-of-the-art beds for Halifax Health’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Biketoberfest® annually celebrates the adventure and the spirit of today’s motorcycle enthusiast. This isn’t just any motorcycle rally and with a guest list of 100,000 it is the area’s largest fall festival. Main venues include Daytona International Speedway, Main Street, Destination Daytona, Beach Street, Midtown, New Smyrna Beach and DeLand. This extended weekend of fun and sun includes motorcycle shows and rallies, live music, scenic rides along A1A and other historic roadways, racing at Daytona International and New Smyrna Speedways and vendors offering everything from the latest cycles to parts and accessories.

New Year's Eve in Daytona Beach

New Year’s Eve in Daytona Beach is a festive scene at the oceanfront Bandshell that traditionally features fireworks after an early evening tribute band and again at midnight overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Join the Main Street block party celebration complete with a ball drop. Hoteliers and restaurants throughout the area also delight New Year’s Eve visitors with live music and midnight champagne toasts.
